These terms govern the use of Fenarys and the website www.fenarys.com. By registering and playing you accept them in full. Please read them carefully. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must not reside in, or connect from, a restricted country or territory. Access from those places is blocked and the accounts involved may be closed.
Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are suspended.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Turn on two-step verification for extra security. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

3. Deposits

Deposits are made from your Wallet with cryptocurrencies (and, in some countries and when available, by bank transfer) and are credited once confirmed. Your account balance is kept in your account currency; amounts are converted at the day’s rate.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible: always check the network and the destination address.

4. Withdrawals

All amounts in this section are in US dollars (USD) or their equivalent in your account currency at the day’s rate. That rate is the reference rate Fenarys uses for deposits and withdrawals (the USDT price on Binance in your currency, updated every 10 minutes). If no valid rate is available at a given moment, the withdrawal cannot be requested until it is back.

Method: withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address that you own and enter when you request the withdrawal; we do not pay third parties. Cryptocurrencies available today: USDT (TRC-20), USDT (ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX).
Minimum per withdrawal: 20 USD.
Maximum per withdrawal: 5,000 USD.
Maximum per day, per player: 10,000 USD. The day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC.
Maximum per month, per player: 50,000 USD. The month is the calendar month, UTC.
Pending and approved withdrawals count towards the daily and monthly maximums; rejected ones do not.
You can have only one pending withdrawal at a time.
Processing time: every withdrawal is reviewed manually by the team and paid within 72 business hours of your request. If we ask you for identity verification or additional information, the time runs from when you provide it in full.
Identity verification (KYC): Fenarys may request it at any time, and it is mandatory for withdrawals from 1,000 USD. You complete it from your Profile (Verification status → View documents) by uploading your documents, which the team reviews manually. A withdrawal from that amount cannot be requested without an approved verification.
Fees: Fenarys charges no withdrawal fee. The cryptocurrency network fee is paid by you and is deducted from the amount sent. We send the equivalent of your withdrawal’s USD value in the chosen cryptocurrency, at the price at the time of payment, minus the network fee.
Large wins: if you want to withdraw more than the maximum per withdrawal, it is paid in several requests (instalments), within the daily and monthly maximums.
Bonuses: the balance of an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirement (rollover) is met.
To withdraw you must first have made at least one deposit from your Wallet.
When you request a withdrawal, the amount is deducted from your balance immediately. If it is rejected, the full amount is returned to your balance and you can see the reason in your Wallet history.
A transfer to a wrong address or network that you entered cannot be recovered.
Paused, self-excluded or blocked accounts: while the pause, self-exclusion or block lasts, withdrawals cannot be requested from the Wallet. If you plan to pause your account or self-exclude, withdraw your balance first.
Fenarys may hold or reject a withdrawal while it investigates possible fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses are optional and subject to conditions, including a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawing the associated winnings. Each bonus states its percentage, its cap, its rollover multiplier and its validity.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until its rollover is met.
An expired bonus and its associated balance are voided.
Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, hedged bets, etc.) leads to the bonus and its winnings being voided.

6. Game rules

Game results are determined by each game’s provider through its random number generators. Fenarys does not alter those results. In the event of an evident technical malfunction of a game, the affected bets and payouts may be voided.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using cheating software, bots or exploiting system errors.
Providing false information at registration or verification.
Using the platform to launder money or for any unlawful purpose.

A breach may lead to the suspension of the account and to funds being held while it is investigated, in accordance with the law.

8. Responsible gaming

Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. From your Profile or the Support page you can set a daily deposit limit, pause your account or self-exclude (see Withdrawals about your balance during a pause or self-exclusion). Fenarys is for adults aged 18 and over only.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Fenarys is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party providers, cryptocurrency volatility or misuse of your account.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the current version is published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the law applicable to Fenarys, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
